Device and packet update

All students that did not have a packet picked up will receive their packet in the mail. All packets were mailed out this weekend so you should be seeing them in your physical mailboxes soon.

We have about 50 devices that were prepared for distribution but were not picked up on Friday so we will be distributing those devices on Tuesday, March 31 between 7:00 and 2:00. Because we have significantly fewer families that will need to pick up devices, the timeline will be will not be as structured and you can come anytime on Tuesday between 7:00 and 2:00.  You may also remain at your car with your lights on indicating that you need someone to bring the device to your car. If you do get out of your car, please do not come beyond the stairway in front of the office. We will bring devices and release forms to you. If you arrive at the same time as other families, please exercise social distancing while you wait for us to help all of you.

If you are sick, please stay at home as we do not want to spread any illness.

Device and Packet Distribution- Friday, March 27, 2020

Our staff has been busy preparing for providing continuity of learning for our students during this school closure. If you haven’t already heard from your child(ren)’s teacher(s), you can expect to hear from them soon. All teachers will be contacting you via parent square by Monday to let you know what the plans are for their classes.

Many of you expressed an interest in our school issuing a device to your child to use as tools for their continued learning. We will begin distributing those devices tomorrow, Friday, March 27 following the schedule below to space families out and exercise social distancing. Parents may pick up both packets and devices during the specified times.
