Who is Mrs. Miranda?

Thank you for visiting my page on the Paauilo Elementary & Intermediate School website. Just a little background on myself. I was born and raised in Honokaa and graduated from Honokaa Elementary and Honokaa High School. After graduating from high school, I attended college in Oregon and received my bachelor's degree from Eastern Oregon University. I obtained my master's degree from the University of Phoenix.
Family life is where I spend most of my time outside from school. I have 3 boys who keep my husband and I busy. We live on a ranch with many animals, therefore I probably drive the dirtiest vehicle on campus! Throughout the year I support my children in their participation in soccer, 4H, and Hawaii High School, Junior High School, and Keiki rodeo events.
I serve as the Curriculum Coordinator and the Registrar for Paauilo Elementary & Intermediate School and I am a member of the school's Instructional Leadership Team. Previously I taught at Honokaa Elementary School. I also worked as a Resource Teacher for West Hawaii District specializing in formative instruction and data teams, servicing 19 schools.
